Plain English: We use a few essential browser-storage entries to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use Google Analytics only if you accept the analytics cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising networks.

1. What's on this page

This page lists every cookie, localStorage entry, and sessionStorage entry that Manva.ai sets in your browser, what each is for, who can read it, and how long it lives. It supplements (and is referenced by) our Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary (no consent needed)

These keep the platform functional. They are set when you sign in or use the dashboard and cannot be turned off without breaking core features.

Strictly-necessary entries are exempt from consent under India's DPDP Act 2023 and the EU ePrivacy Directive.

3. Analytics (consent-gated)

If — and only if — you click Accept analytics in our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4. The cookies below help us understand aggregate usage (popular pages, drop-off points) without identifying you individually.

Until you accept analytics consent, the GA script is not loaded at all — these cookies will simply not appear in your browser. Decline / clear consent at any time via the "Cookies" link in our footer.

4. What we don't use

❌ Advertising / retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
❌ Cross-site tracking pixels
❌ Third-party data brokers / sale of behavioural data
❌ Fingerprinting beyond strictly-necessary security checks

Our published-storefront sites also do not include any of the above by default. Sellers may add their own GA / Meta Pixel tags via Store Settings — those are governed by the seller's own privacy policy, not ours.

5. How to manage your choices

In Manva — click "Cookies" in the footer; the consent banner re-opens and you can accept or decline analytics.
Browser controls — every modern browser lets you block or clear cookies and localStorage per site (Settings → Privacy → Site data → manva.ai → Clear).
Do Not Track — we honour your browser's DNT signal even if you previously consented to analytics.

Note: Clearing strictly-necessary entries will sign you out and reset your dashboard preferences. You can sign back in normally; nothing is lost.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add or remove a cookie / storage entry. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will also be announced in-app and via email to your registered address.
