Delete Your Data
Request deletion of all personal data Manva.ai holds about you, including data from connected Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Want a copy first? Export before you delete
Before requesting deletion, you can export your data — designs, scheduled posts, contacts, brand kit — from Settings → Data Export. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete from the App
If you have a Manva.ai account, the fastest way to delete all your data is from within the app:

Click "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile section → click Delete Account

Type "DELETE" to confirm
This locks the request. We then email a verification link to your registered address.

Click the verification link
Required by India's DPDP Act 2023 to prevent accidental or coerced deletions. Link is valid for 24 hours.

Deletion completes within 30 days
OAuth tokens (Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp / YouTube / Pinterest) are revoked within 24 hours. All other personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. We send a final confirmation email to your registered address when the process is complete.
⚠️ This is permanent. Deleting your account removes all designs, brand data, connected platform tokens, billing history (except legally required payment records), and analytics data. This action cannot be undone after the verification link is clicked.
Option 2 — Online Request Form
Use this form to file a deletion or data-export request. We log the request immediately, email you a verification link, and respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act 2023.
Option 3 — Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to request deletion. We will reply with a verification link to confirm the request before any deletion happens (DPDP Act 2023 verification requirement).

- Include: The email address associated with your Manva.ai account
- Verification: We will email you a one-time verification link within 2 working days. You must click it to authorize the deletion.
- Completion: Within 30 days of you clicking the verification link. We email a final confirmation when done.

What Gets Deleted
- ✅ Your account profile (name, email, business info)
- ✅ All designs and creative files
- ✅ Brand DNA settings
- ✅ All connected platform OAuth tokens (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Pinterest) — immediately revoked with Meta and other providers
- ✅ Scheduled posts and content calendar
- ✅ WhatsApp campaign data and recipient lists
- ✅ Analytics data and post history
- ✅ Team member data
- ⚠️ Payment transaction records (order ID, date, amount, plan name, GSTIN) are retained for 7 years as required by India's GST Act 2017 and Income Tax Act. These records contain no card numbers, CVVs, or other PCI-sensitive data — Razorpay is the keeper of those.
Meta Platform Data
If you connected your Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp account to Manva.ai, here is what happens when you delete your data:
- Your OAuth access tokens are immediately revoked with Meta's API
- We delete all stored tokens from our database within 24 hours
- Any cached analytics data (reach, likes, etc.) fetched from Meta is deleted
- Your Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp account itself is not affected — only Manva.ai's access is removed
