Our commitment: We want you to be fully satisfied with Manva.ai. If you're not happy in your first 7 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both Social Media Assistant (monthly subscription) and Build Website Assistant (one-time purchase). After 7 days, we handle refunds case by case.
Eligible for full refund within 7 days of payment IF the site has not been "fulfilled". Fulfilled means: published to a custom domain, OR live on a Manva subdomain for >24 hours, OR source code already downloaded, OR top-up regeneration credits already spent.
Not eligible: after fulfilment, after 7 days, or once you've used the top-up credits.
No subscription, no cancellation needed — Build Agent is one-time. Once paid, the website + code is yours forever with no recurring fees.
Tier upgrades (e.g. Beginner → Pro) are separate purchases at the price difference. No downgrade refunds — each tier is its own purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, contact us at support@manva.ai and we will issue a full refund (including any applicable GST on Razorpay's side) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days via Razorpay.
GST on refunds: Refunds are calculated on the GST-inclusive amount you paid. Razorpay reverses both the principal and the GST component to your card/UPI/bank.

Important — chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at support@manva.ai, your account may be suspended pending investigation, and future purchases may be blocked. Please always reach out to us first — most issues are resolved within 2 business days.
Social Media Agent is subscription-based. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features until the period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact support separately.
Build Agent has no cancellation — it's a one-time purchase. Once paid, the website + code is yours forever, with no recurring fees. Section-level and full-site regeneration top-ups (₹50/₹200 each) are also one-time charges with no subscription.
Social Media Agent (subscription): When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period. The difference is calculated automatically by Razorpay. When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
Build Agent (one-time): Tier upgrades (e.g., Beginner → Pro) are purchased separately at the price difference. There are no downgrades since each tier is a separate one-time purchase.
Use the form below — your request lands directly in our queue and you get a reference number immediately. We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Eligible for full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Applies to Simple, Starter, Business, and Agency plans.
Not eligible: renewals (only the first payment qualifies), or after 7 days from first payment.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund.
Upgrades / downgrades: upgrades are prorated and charged immediately by Razorpay. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle — no proration refund on the current cycle.
