Refund Policy

Our commitment: We want you to be fully satisfied with Manva.ai. If you're not happy in your first 7 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both Social Media Agent (monthly subscription) and Build Agent (one-time purchase). After 7 days, we handle refunds case by case.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 7-day money-back guarantee covers two product families:
- Social Media Agent (monthly subscription — Simple, Starter, Business, Agency plans): refundable within 7 days of first payment.
- Build Agent (one-time purchase — Theme-based AI tiers ₹999/₹1,999/₹4,999, Customized AI tiers ₹2,999/₹4,999/₹9,999): refundable within 7 days of payment, provided the generated website hasn't been published to a custom domain or had its source code downloaded. Once you publish or download the code, the deliverable is considered fulfilled and refunds are no longer available.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, contact us at support@manva.ai and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
To be eligible for the 7-day refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
- The request must come from the account holder's registered email address
- For Social Media Agent: applies to first-time subscriptions only (not renewals)
- For Build Agent: applies before the website is published to a custom domain or its code is downloaded
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
✅ Full Refund
Request within 7 days of first payment · Service was completely unavailable for 24+ continuous hours due to our fault · Duplicate charge due to a billing error
⚠️ Partial Refund (Case by Case)
Service was significantly degraded for multiple days · A specific feature you paid for was removed with less than 30 days' notice · Accidental renewal within 24 hours of the renewal date
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Social Media Agent: subscription renewals after the 7-day guarantee period · Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations · Third-party platform issues (Meta API, Twitter API, etc.) that are outside our control · Build Agent: site already published to a custom domain · Source code already downloaded · Top-up credit packs (regenerations) once the credits have been spent · Change of mind after using the product beyond 7 days
3. Cancellation Policy (Social Media Agent only)
Social Media Agent is subscription-based. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features until the period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact support separately.
Build Agent has no cancellation — it's a one-time purchase. Once paid, the website + code is yours forever, with no recurring fees. Section-level and full-site regeneration top-ups (₹50/₹200 each) are also one-time charges with no subscription.
4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Social Media Agent (subscription): When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period. The difference is calculated automatically by Razorpay. When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
Build Agent (one-time): Tier upgrades (e.g., Theme-based Quick Site → Smart Build, or Customized AI Beginner → Next Level) are purchased separately at the price difference. There are no downgrades since each tier is a separate one-time purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@manva.ai with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]"
- Include your account email, plan name, payment date, and reason for refund
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay
