By accessing or using Manva.ai ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Manva.ai is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Businesses may have multiple team members under one paid account as permitted by their plan.
Manva.ai offers two product families with different billing models:
A. Social Media Agent — monthly subscription (social-media automation)
Every Social Media Agent plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
B. Build Agent — one-time purchase (AI website builder)

Build Agent is a one-time purchase: pay once, the website + source code is yours forever, no recurring fees. Optional top-ups are available for additional regenerations: ₹50 per section regeneration, ₹200 per full-site regeneration.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing to Social Media Agent, you authorize Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a Build Agent tier, you authorize a single charge.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing Social Media Agent subscriptions during their current billing period, nor existing Build Agent purchases (already a fixed one-time amount).

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Manva.ai, including designs, captions, and uploaded images. By using our Service, you grant Manva.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
The Manva.ai platform, templates, codebase, brand, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Manva.ai and its licensors.
You may not use Manva.ai for:

Manva.ai uses artificial intelligence (AI) services to generate captions, marketing copy, product descriptions, website content, and image suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Manva.ai integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business API. By connecting these accounts:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Manva.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manva.ai shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us at legal@manva.ai. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
