Delete Your Data
Request deletion of all personal data Manva.ai holds about you, including data from connected Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Instant)
If you have a Manva.ai account, the fastest way to delete all your data is from within the app:

Click "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile section → click Delete Account

Confirm deletion
Type "DELETE" to confirm — all your data is permanently erased immediately
⚠️ This is permanent. Deleting your account removes all designs, brand data, connected platform tokens, billing history (except legally required payment records), and analytics data. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to request deletion:
- Email: privacy@manva.ai
- Subject:
Data Deletion Request
- Include: The email address associated with your Manva.ai account
- Response time: We will confirm deletion within 30 days

What Gets Deleted
- ✅ Your account profile (name, email, business info)
- ✅ All designs and creative files
- ✅ Brand DNA settings
- ✅ All connected platform OAuth tokens (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Pinterest) — immediately revoked with Meta and other providers
- ✅ Scheduled posts and content calendar
- ✅ WhatsApp campaign data and recipient lists
- ✅ Analytics data and post history
- ✅ Team member data
- ⚠️ Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial law (GST Act) — but contain no sensitive card data
Meta Platform Data
If you connected your Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp account to Manva.ai, here is what happens when you delete your data:
- Your OAuth access tokens are immediately revoked with Meta's API
- We delete all stored tokens from our database within 24 hours
- Any cached analytics data (reach, likes, etc.) fetched from Meta is deleted
- Your Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp account itself is not affected — only Manva.ai's access is removed
