Manva.ai is operated by Sravs Online Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its registered office at No. 10-3-34, Vidyanagar, Karimnagar 505001, Telangana, India ("Manva.ai", "Service", "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Manva.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Manva.ai is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Businesses may have multiple team members under one paid account as permitted by their plan.
Manva.ai offers two product families with different billing models:
A. Social Media Agent — monthly subscription (social-media automation)
Every Social Media Agent plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
B. Build Agent — one-time purchase (Customized AI website builder)
Customized AI — 100% custom HTML/CSS designed from your brand description, no shared layouts:
Build Agent is a one-time purchase: pay once, the website + source code is yours forever, no recurring fees. Optional top-ups are available for additional regenerations: ₹50 per section regeneration, ₹200 per full-site regeneration.
GST disclosure: All prices listed above are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The applicable GST (currently 18% for SaaS in India) is added at checkout based on your registered business location. Tax invoices are issued via Razorpay and are available in Settings → Billing.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing to Social Media Agent, you authorize Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a Build Agent tier, you authorize a single charge.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing Social Media Agent subscriptions during their current billing period, nor existing Build Agent purchases (already a fixed one-time amount).

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Manva.ai, including designs, captions, and uploaded images. By using our Service, you grant Manva.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
The Manva.ai platform, templates, codebase, brand, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Manva.ai and its licensors.
You may not use Manva.ai for:
Notice and cure period: Where the violation is not unlawful or imminently harmful, we will give you 7 days' written notice at your registered email describing the alleged breach and a cure window to remedy it before suspension. For illegal activity, fraud, attempted infrastructure abuse, or breach that puts other users at risk, suspension may be immediate.
Right to appeal: If your account is suspended, you may appeal within 14 days by writing to legal@manva.ai. We will respond within 7 working days. Refunds for the unused portion of a paid subscription will be made if the suspension is later overturned.
Manva.ai uses artificial intelligence (AI) services to generate captions, marketing copy, product descriptions, website content, and image suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Manva.ai integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business API. By connecting these accounts:
Meta Platform Terms: When you connect an Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp Business account, you also expressly agree to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You acknowledge that Manva.ai accesses Meta APIs only with the minimum permissions required to deliver the features you have actively chosen to use, that we do not sell or share Meta-derived data, and that you may revoke access at any time via Meta's Settings → Business Integrations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Manva.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manva.ai shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us at legal@manva.ai. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
