How to use this page

Copy, edit the [brackets], send. Greetings go to everyone; offers go only to broadcast lists of past buyers and people who asked. Want them personalised to your shop automatically? The free generator fills in your business name, industry and offer in one click — Hinglish, Hindi or English.

The three rules that keep broadcasts working

  • Greeting ≠ offer. Never put a link in the Diwali-morning greeting — goodwill is the message.
  • Two offer broadcasts max for the whole season. The daily channel is Status, not broadcasts.
  • Same code everywhere. The coupon in the message must be the coupon at checkout — on your own store it applies as a tap-to-apply chip, so nobody types anything.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use these Diwali messages for my business for free?

Yes — copy, edit and send freely. No attribution needed. The generator version personalises them to your shop name, industry and offer automatically.

When should I send Diwali wishes to customers?

The pure greeting: Diwali morning (8 November 2026) or the evening before. Offer messages: 5–7 days earlier, with a last-48-hours reminder before your deadline. Never mix the greeting with a sales link.

How many Diwali messages are too many?

On broadcast: two offers for the whole season is the ceiling. Daily energy belongs on WhatsApp Status, which people check voluntarily. Over-broadcasting is how you get blocked in November and lose the January customer.
